It’s not Spring until I can smell this lovely Russian Olive tree in the air.

I wait for it.

And it makes early morning drives to my statistics class statistically better.

The older I get the more I realize that I am becoming my mother…

and I love it.

I was crafty.

And I figured I better tell you about it because it’s been while, and it might be another while until I can do it again.

School keeps me pretty tied up.

So here it is, the quilt I made for a good friends baby who’s turning one.

And I’m not going to tell you that I actually started it when she was born.

Because well, that’s just not important.
